Home / Success Cases / Construction of district heating networks
Since the late 1990s, DELTA-TI has been involved in the construction of District Heating Networks (DHN). It collaborates with major industry players (IREN, A2A, SEM), providing design, construction, maintenance, emergency services, as well as the construction of user substations (SST) and special works such as railway crossings, river crossings, valve chambers, pumping stations, storage systems, and more. DELTA-TI has developed significant expertise in superheated water networks, as well as hot water, steam, and chilled water (district cooling) systems. A leader in the sector, DELTA-TI has laid over 1,500 km of transport and distribution networks with diameters up to DN800 and completed more than 3,000 SSTs ranging from 30 kW to 17 MW.
